The Modern Foam features adaptive polyfoam that is quilted into the cover. This layer is reinforced with an area of latex under the midsection. This component is designed to provide support to the midsection area – where people tend to have a large amount of weight – without feeling too stiff or rigid under the shoulders, head or legs. A layer of comfort made of polyfoam in convoluted form provides additional cushioning and improves airflow.

The mattress also includes the memory foam transitional layer, as well as the support core is made of high-density polyfoam. These layers are intended to support the mattress and stop sleepers from sinking too deeply. The entire mattress is covered in a cotton-based cover.
